Walmart heiress stuns America with bold anti-Trump message in bombshell ad

A Walmart heir took a daring stance against President Donald Trump by publicizing a political message emphasizing the need to work with allies while urging voters to attend town halls.

Christy Walton, 76, placed a full-page ad in the New York Times and other local newspapers on Sunday, calling on Americans to engage in the political process, reported Fortune Magazine.

The ad features an image of the Statue of Liberty with the phrase “USA, USA, USA.”

It then goes into a call for action:

“We honor our commitments and stand by our allies,

“We defend against aggression and dictators,

“We respect our neighbors and trading partners,

“We uphold and defend the Constitution.’

The political advertisement concludes, “The honor, dignity, and integrity of our country is not for sale. Show up, attend your town halls, be civil.”

Walton’s ad highlights that the views represented are solely those of Christy Walton before directing readers to a personal Gmail address.

A source familiar with the billionaire’s opinions told Bloomberg that the message was meant to be nonpartisan, encouraging people to make their voices heard and actively participate in government.

However, many Americans quickly connected Walton’s message with the actions of the Trump administration, which imposed tariffs on Canada and Mexico and provoked international condemnation after a contentious meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
